We do not ask for, and do not need, access to your website, Google Business Profile, or any of your accounts to run an audit. We run it from public information, the way your customers see you.

Our servers may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

We use the information you submit to run your requested AI visibility audit and to contact you about it, typically within one business day.

We may use aggregate, de-identified information to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our website host and email provider, and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

The site uses only the cookies needed to function. If we add privacy-respecting analytics, we will update this policy and honor your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals where applicable.

We keep audit requests for as long as needed to serve you and to keep our own records, then delete them. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing hello@getlocalcited.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; we honor those requests.
